MONTHLY MEETINGS: 2pm on the second Friday of each month, except September, December and January. These meetings are held in the Buderim War Memorial Hall and feature a Guest Speaker, Plant Stall, Flower Competition and Afternoon Tea. The club supplies tea, coffee, milk and sugar. Members bring a plate of "eats" and their own cups. Any change in the venue is advertised in the Buderim Chronicle Community Diary and local newspapers. The first meeting for 2013 is Friday 8th February 2013 at 2pm.
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING: 2PM on the second Friday in November, in the Buderim War Memorial Hall, to receive the Management Committee's Annual Report and elect Officers for the ensuing year. There will be afternoon tea and the plant stall.
AUTUMN PLANT EXHIBITION: This was held in the Buderim War Memorial Hall on Saturday 24th March from 9am to 5pm. Some spectacular displays were put on by other plant societies on the Sunshine Coast as well as our own garden club.

BUDERIM GARDEN FESTIVAL: The2012 Open Garden Walk and Spring Garden Show was held over the weekend 15th and 16th September.
The Open Garden Walk IN 2012 offered seven private gardens in Buderim open for inspection. This year because of the B150 Celebrations on Buderim the gardens have a heritage theme.
The Spring Flower Show, was staged in the Buderim War Memorial Hall, and featuring competitions for Flowers, Container Plants, Bonsai and Floral Art and Photography as well as non-competitive displays.
Other features for the Festival included Growers Plant Market on the Cottage Green with quality plants of all varieties for sale. Specialist growers will offer helpful advice with propogating and planting.
The nearby Churches featured Floral displays with an historical theme for the special year B150year.
THIS YEAR THE 2013 FLOWER FESTIVAL AND GARDEN WALK WILL BE HELD ON 19TH AND 20TH OCTOBER IN THE BUDERIM WAR MEMORIAL HALL.
NEWSLETTER: A Newsletter is produced to give to members four times each year, with full details of Meeting Venues, Speakers and Forthcoming Events and Coach Tours. Please keep these handy for reference or check the website for details also.

MONTHLY FLOWER COMPETETIONS: Conducted at each monthly meeting. Members are responsible for arranging their exhibits in the Buderim Garden Club Inc.bottles and jars provided. Bev. Robinson supervisors this activity.
PLANT STALL: Plants and cuttings are for sale at each meeting, and at the Buderim Garden Festival. Contributions always welcome but please label plants with name and colour where possible. The members also run a stall where they sell plants they have propagated and they can keep the sale proceeds to help with buying potting mix, pots etc. Some lovely specimens can be found on both of these stalls at our monthly meetings and our Spring Festivals.
EDNA WALLING MEMORIAL GARDEN WORKERS: The Buderim Garden Club planted the Edna Walling Memorial Garden in memory of famous landscape gardener Edna Walling. The garden is maintained by the Garden Club members and Lindsay Robinson heads this team. Look on the Edna Walling page for details of the dates of the working bees.
